Searching and Adding Medical/Professional School Addresses |
Medical/Professional School addresses are used for source verifying the provider’s education.
From
the main menu select “Master
Table Maintenance” from the drop-down menu.
Select “Med/Prof Schools" from the second drop-down menu.
The "School Search” page is displayed.
Enter the search criteria and select the button to reach the "School Search Results" page.
If there are no results for the search, select either to go back to the “School Search” page or select the button to add a new hospital.
Edit a School
If the school search returns a matching school then follow the steps below:
Select the link to the left next the school name to open the “Add New School” page.
Based on the details for the school, if the school matches the school required for the new provider then select the button to return to the “School Search Results” page.
Based on the details for the school, if the school information needs to be updated based on new information from the provider’s application then enter the appropriate information and select thebutton to return to the “Add New School” page.
Add New School
To add a new school perform the following steps:
Select the Add or button at the bottom of the search page. The “Add New School” page is displayed.
Type in the necessary information.
Select the button to save the school information.
Continue the steps above to add all schools listed on the provider’s application.
At any time the “Search" icon at the top right of the page can be selected to open the “School Search” page.
