Updating an Existing Provider |

From the “Provider Search Results” you can choose to update an existing provider being credentialed for a new practice location.
From the “Provider
Search Results” (shown above), select the 
radio
button next to the provider’s name to open the “Personal
Data” page.
Based on the provider’s application update all applicable information for the provider.
Scroll to the bottom
of the page and select 
to save the information.
